II.- USER AND LIABILITY REGIME

The navigation, access and use of the QUERIX website confer the status of a user, whereby, from browsing the QUERIX website, all the conditions of use established here are accepted, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding legally mandatory regulations as the case may be.

The website provides a wide variety of information, services, and data. The user assumes responsibility for the correct use of the website. This responsibility will extend to:

DEZZAI is not responsible for the content of the websites the user can access through the links established on its website and declares that in no case will it proceed to examine or exercise any type of control over the content of other web sites. Likewise, it will not guarantee the technical availability, accuracy, veracity, validity or legality of sites outside its property that can be accessed through the links.

DEZZAI declares to have adopted all the necessary measures to avoid any damage to the users of its website, which may arise from browsing its website. Consequently, DEZZAI is not responsible, in any case, for any damage that the user may suffer from browsing the internet.

IV.- MODIFICATIONS

DEZZAI reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the content of its website. Both in relation to the contents of the website, as in the conditions of use thereof, or in the general conditions of contract. Said modifications may be made through its website by any form admissible by law and will be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones.

DEZZAI either on its own or as a licensee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website, as well as the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.), owned by DEZZAI. Therefore, they are protected works under Spanish intellectual property law, subject to both Spanish and European regulations in this field, as well as international treaties on the subject signed by Spain.

In accordance with the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, are expressly prohibited without the authorization of DEZZAI.

The user undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by DEZZAI. They may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy, and store them on the hard drive of their computer or on any other physical medium, solely and exclusively for personal and private use. The user must refrain from deleting, altering, bypassing, or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the QUERIX pages.

VI.- ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)

QUERIX uses AI as a service to customers and also to users, to improve their experience in the web through “chatbots that answer queries in real time”.

The user is informed that he may be interacting with an automated system and has the possibility to request human intervention if necessary.

QUERIX is guaranteed to meet the requirements of transparency, explainability and absence of biases, set by the EU AI Regulation.

VII.- SAFETY CERTIFICATE (Let’s Encrypt)

The CERTIFICATE provides authentication, privacy and information security between QUERIX and the User.

QUERIX has a security certificate that is used by Let’s Encrypt to make secure connections to QUERIX.

In this process, several parameters are set to make the connection securely and it is established using preset keys, encoding and decoding all the data sent until the connection is closed.

VIII.- LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

DEZZAI also reserves the right to file any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents, or for non-compliance with these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. DEZZAI is domiciled in MADRID, Spain.
